Q: How do you ensure Product quality? 
A: Our team ensures the production process at every stage and our QC will inspect each PO as well. 

Q: How long does it take to finish the order? 
A: general 35-40days

Q: Can I take a sample first to check the product quality? 
A: We can offer one set sample for our customers if they open the order in our company. 

Q: In case of quality problem, how do you deal with them? 
A: Firstly, you should take the photos or videos and send to us; Secondly, we will send you new products to replace the defective ones; Or you can deduct the defective products charges in next order.

Q: What can I do if I cannot find any interesting products in your website? 
A: Contact us on line or send us email, we can send you our new design, or you send us your pictures or designs, OEM and ODM also welcomed.

Q: Can you help me build a new brand in my market? 
A: Yes, we are glad to do so. 

Q: How to order and make a payment? 
A: After your selection, we will make you a PI. You can pay the 30% down payment based on order confirmation, 70% balance upon receipt of copies of shipping document by T/T.
